Xiamen Daya Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("Daya Stone", "we", "our", "us") is committed to ensuring that everyone – including people with disabilities – can access and enjoy the information and services available on https://www.dayastone.com.

Our commitment follows:

  • European Union requirements — Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, together with the harmonised standard EN 301 549;

  • International best practice — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C);

  • Chinese legislation & national standards — the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Construction of a Barrier‑free Environment (2023) and GB/T 37668‑2019 “Information technology — Accessibility of Web content”.

1  Conformance status

Daya Stone’s website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We continuously improve our site and expect to reach full Level AA compliance by Q4 2025.

1.1 Assessment method

  • Automated scanning (WAI Accessibility Checker, axe DevTools, Lighthouse)

  • Manual keyboard‑only navigation tests

  • Screen‑reader tests (NVDA 2024.1, VoiceOver iOS 17)

  • Colour‑contrast verification against WCAG success criterion 1.4.3

This statement was prepared on 22 May 2025 after the self‑assessment described above. It will be reviewed at least annually or whenever significant changes are made to the site.

2  Measures we have taken

To make our website more accessible, we have:

  • Structured every page with semantic HTML5 and ARIA landmarks

  • Provided descriptive alt text for non‑decorative images and icons

  • Ensured headings follow a logical hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3)

  • Implemented consistent keyboard focus order and a visible focus indicator

  • Added a “Skip to main content” link on every page

  • Verified colour contrast ratios of at least 4.5 : 1 for normal text and 3 : 1 for large text/icons

  • Made layouts responsive and readable at 200–400 % zoom and on mobile devices

  • Captioned and/or transcribed videos published after 1 January 2024

  • Respected user prefers‑reduced‑motion settings to minimise motion animation

  • Offered downloadable resources (e.g. catalogues) in tagged PDF or HTML format where possible

3  Content that is not yet fully accessible

  • Legacy PDF catalogues created before 2023 do not meet tagging and reading‑order requirements. Accessible versions will be provided on request within 5 working days.

  • Third‑party embeds – certain Instagram feeds and Google Maps iframes may not fully satisfy WCAG criteria. We are working with suppliers to improve their accessibility.

If you need information that you cannot access, please let us know and we will furnish an alternative format promptly.

4  Accessibility arrangements at our premises

Visitors to our head office (Unit 18C‑A, 258 Dongdu Road, Huli District, Xiamen) will find:

  • Step‑free access from street level and reserved accessible parking bays

  • Elevators with Braille labelling and audible floor announcements

  • Tactile floor guides leading to the reception desk

  • Accessible restrooms on all customer‑service floors

  • Induction‑loop systems at customer counters

  • Assistance dogs welcome throughout the building

  • Free Chinese Sign‑Language or remote video‑interpretation service (please book 48 hours in advance)

6  Enforcement & dispute resolution

  • EU/EEA visitors – If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national enforcement body under Directive (EU) 2016/2102 or submit your issue via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr**).

  • Visitors in China – You may also report unresolved accessibility issues to the local Communications Administration or call the China Disabled Persons’ Federation hotline 12385 in accordance with Article 56 of the Barrier‑free Environment Law.
